These top-of-the-line fabrics are woven in England’s and Italy's most exclusive mills, such as Zegna, Loro Piana, Barberiis of Italy and Clissold of England.  They offer an exquisite hand and dye into beautiful and brilliant colors. Because they are two-ply super 100’s to 120’s count, the yarns are super fine and tightly woven. This causes our dress slacks to feel buttery soft, drape well and hold their shape while resisting wrinkles without adding any synthetic or fillers.

Cotton Calvary Twill Custom Pants

What would we do without cotton?  It is cool, soft and comfortable.  Because this fiber absorbs and releases perspiration quickly, cotton breathes.  Cotton also takes dye easily, making colors vibrant and rich.  We use long-staple mercerized cotton for durability and fine texture, which results in pants that hold their shape with superior finishing.
Twill fabric features a fundamental weave characterized by diagonal lines. The reflection from the diagonal rib in the weave gives twill its enhanced depth of color.
Twills take on rich colors making them attractive, wonderful, sporty, all-purpose pants.

Enjoy the ease and durability of these fine warp-faced wools, spun from evenly combed long-staple cotton. Made from high-staple worsted yarns, these wools are tightly woven with a subtle texture. The hard surface gives it a high-end look coupled with wrinkle resistant comfort.
Merino wool resembles Cashmere.  This is why these dress slacks feel buttery soft. Wools made from Merino sheep of Australia are known for their luster, depth of color, durability and comfortable weight.  Merino wool absorbs up to 30% of its weight in moisture without feeling damp and is wrinkle resistant.
